What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a valid ID and any relevant medical records. Completing the new patient form online beforehand will save time.

How long will my first appointment take?

Your initial consultation typically lasts about 60 minutes. This allows us to conduct your new patient exam, discuss your health goals, and create a 1-of-1 care plan for you.

Will I receive treatment during my first visit?

Depending on your condition and our assessment, you may receive your first treatment during the initial visit. We’ll discuss the best plan for you.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. This will help us conduct a thorough examination.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

What can I expect during my first visit?

During your first visit, we will review your medical history, perform a physical exam of your nerves. muscles, and spine, and discuss a personalized treatment plan.
